Integration & Packaging Engineer

Villeneuve d'Ascq, France Permanent position

Develop integration and packaging methods for our energy storage micro-devices, critical steps bridging lab breakthroughs and industrial scale-up. 3+ years of experience in microelectronics packaging (MedTech, aerospace, IoT or similar) required.
