Voltify takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This privacy policy explains what data we collect through our website, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have over it, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily fill out the contact form available on our website, as part of an alignment request or introduction. The data concerned is:
- Work email address
- Organization name and website
- Your role within your organization
- Domain of interest (Space & Defense, Implantable Medical, or other)
- Description of the need or integration challenge you wish to evaluate
- Information related to the evaluation environment and the availability of a technical owner or internal sponsor
- Where applicable, information related to export-controlled context (optional field)
We do not collect any other personal data through automated means (no advertising tracking cookies, no audience analytics tool currently active). Should this change, this policy will be updated accordingly and, where applicable, a cookie consent banner will be implemented.
3. Purpose of processing
Data collected through the contact form is used exclusively to:
- Assess the relevance and alignment of your request with our activities
- Follow up with you regarding your request
- Arrange, where appropriate, a call or technical discussion
Your data is never used for unsolicited commercial prospecting, sold, or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your data is based on your consent, expressed by voluntarily submitting the contact form, as well as on our legitimate interest in assessing and responding to professional inquiries addressed to us.
5. Recipients of the data
Data submitted through the contact form is received directly by Voltify teams authorized to handle commercial and technical inquiries. We use the third-party service Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States) as a technical intermediary to route emails from the contact form to our mailbox. Formspree acts as a data processor and does not use your data for any purpose other than the technical transmission of your message.
6. Data retention period
Data submitted through the contact form is retained for as long as necessary to process your request, and for a maximum of 3 years from our last exchange, unless a longer retention period is required by law or you request earlier deletion. On Formspree's side, data is retained in accordance with the service's own retention policy.
7. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Our technical provider Formspree, Inc. is based in the United States. Data submitted through our contact form may therefore be transferred outside the European Union. Formspree is contractually committed to maintaining appropriate data protection safeguards consistent with the GDPR.

This privacy policy may be updated at any time, in particular to reflect the addition of new tools (for example, an audience analytics tool). The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
